Smart signage display

Samsung digital signage software for Tizen screens, with LOOP.

LOOP runs natively on Samsung smart signage displays with the Tizen operating system. Install it as a web app in a minute, pair the screen and manage content, schedules and the display itself from one cloud dashboard. No extra media player.

First screen free. No credit card required.

Why use LOOP for Samsung Tizen digital signage

No extra media player

LOOP runs on the display itself as a Tizen web app. No stick, box or cables behind the screen.

Full remote control

Turn the screen on and off, restart the display, change the volume and take screenshots from the LOOP dashboard.

Keeps playing offline

Content is stored on the display, so it keeps playing if the network drops and syncs when it is back.

One dashboard for every screen

Manage Samsung displays next to your Android, Raspberry Pi and Amazon Signage screens with the same playlists and schedules.

Supported Samsung Tizen displays

Tizen 4 to 6 displays (SSSP 6 to 9)

Samsung smart signage displays running Tizen 4, 5 or 6. Install from: URL Launcher, then Install Web App.

Tizen 6.5 and later (SSSP 10 and TEP)

Newer Samsung smart signage displays on Tizen 6.5 or later, including Tizen Enterprise Platform (TEP) screens on Tizen 7. Install from: Custom App, then Install Web App.

Can't find URL Launcher or Custom App? The display is probably in MagicInfo mode. Switch it to LFD Launcher mode in the display settings, and the menu appears.

How to set up LOOP on a Samsung signage display

1

Make sure the display is in LFD Launcher mode, not MagicInfo mode.

2

Press Home on the remote and open URL Launcher (Tizen 4 to 6) or Custom App (Tizen 6.5 and later), then choose Install Web App.

3

Enter the LOOP player URL: t.loop.gs for landscape (auto) or t.loop.gs/p for portrait. The LOOP player installs and starts by itself.

4

Pair the screen with your LOOP account and assign a playlist or schedule. To open the player menu later, press the yellow, C or Info button on the remote.

Pro tip from the LOOP team: before the screen goes live, turn off automatic sleep and standby, turn off automatic software updates during opening hours, turn off system notifications and pop-ups, and set the brightness for the room the screen is in.

FAQ

Samsung digital signage FAQ

What is Samsung Tizen digital signage?

Samsung Tizen digital signage is a business screen built on a Samsung smart signage display, which runs the Tizen operating system. With LOOP, the display plays images, videos, web pages and apps on a schedule and is managed from one cloud dashboard, with no separate media player. See how LOOP works.

Do I need a media player for a Samsung signage display?

No. LOOP installs on the Samsung display as a web app, so the display is the player. You only need the display, a network connection and a LOOP account. See the setup steps.

Which Samsung displays work with LOOP?

Samsung smart signage displays on Tizen 4 and later, from SSSP 6 to SSSP 10, plus Tizen Enterprise Platform screens on Tizen 7. Tizen 4 to 6 displays install LOOP from URL Launcher; Tizen 6.5 and later use Custom App. See supported Samsung displays.

Why can't I find URL Launcher or Custom App on my Samsung display?

The display is probably set to MagicInfo mode. Switch it to LFD Launcher mode in the display settings and the menu appears. Then choose Install Web App and enter t.loop.gs. See the setup steps.

Can I switch from Samsung MagicInfo to LOOP?

Yes. LOOP runs on the same Samsung displays. Switch the display to LFD Launcher mode, install LOOP from URL Launcher or Custom App, and pair it with your LOOP account. Samsung says MagicINFO On-Premise reaches end of sale on December 31, 2026. Talk to the LOOP team about switching.

What other players does LOOP support?

LOOP also runs on the Amazon Signage Stick and Display, Android, Raspberry Pi, LG webOS, TCL, Fire TV, and Windows PCs or any browser through the LOOP Web Player. See all digital signage players.
